This is a biweekly clinical consultation group via Zoom, organized for psychotherapists and mental health clinicians to share and amplify dreams that emerge in their practices - client’s dreams and/or practitioner’s dreams - to explore the clinical, and personal implications of our dreaming and to tend to the valuable spiritual, creative, and psychological content that grows from them.

Encouraging clients to share dreams, helping clients explore dreams that are shared, considering our own dreams about our personal, professional, and collective/social/political lives and circumstances. Learning how to play therapeutically with the transferential and countertransferential and collective themes that emerge in dreams is a vital and creative clinical practice.

We will consider various dream exploration frames and methods from divergent clinical and cultural models

TIME AND DURATION

This is an ongoing group, which meet for one hour and 15 minutes every two weeks, with space for clinicians to leave when they feel their experience is complete, and for new members to join as spots are available.

NORMS

These groups are supportive, inclusive peer communities where both mutuality and autonomy are respected, as are the members varying racial, ethnic, sexual, gender, spiritual and religious identities. We rely on the “If this were my dream” method of amplification so that dreams are explored, rather than interpreted, and no dreamer is not pressured to share anything about their own dream or their client’s dreams beyond their comfort.

DONATION

The suggested donation is $45 per session - but I offer all of my services by pay-what-you-can donation. You are welcome to donate any amount that is feasible for you considering your financial circumstances.
