I usually just break-even financially when I facilitate this group - but I do it because I firmly believe that our current individual support structures are insufficient for negotiating an era of complex and compounding crises, and that exploring proven models for community work and brain-storming about well- designed community and peer support groups are profoundly necessary at this time.

Note: This group is designed to support lay people and community members and clinicians in building healthy, boundaried, well-designed non-clinicial community groups

DREAM, ART AND IMAGE

We will explore some of the richness of visual dream work: How dream aspects can show up in composition, color, shape, perspective, etc. We will also explore the act of creating such imagery from dream material, and how this is its own process of relationship and analysis, worth doing in its own right.

No artistic background required!

What do dream work and tarot have in common? Are they discreet or complimentary practices?

How might spontaneously produced symbols that emerge in night dreams relate to the synchronicity of pulling arcanum from an oracle deck?

Both offer the opportunity for contemplative and creative practice, but they are community and collective processes too.

The Crossroads: Negotiating Work and Vocation in a Changing World

This is a facilitated peer support space where people whose trajectories have been derailed by current political and economic agendas come together to share concerns about their professional life, think through options, and generally support one another.

This bi-weekly, open-ended support circle emerged from The New Path Forward workshop and workbook. Previous workshop members are welcome, and new members are welcome to join us as openings permit.

The New Path Forward workbook will be provided to all those who register for this support group and will also soon  be available for purchase for those with schedule conflicts or who prefer to consider it on their own
